Bone & Muscle problems

Hello sir, I had been on neurokind LC tablets for some 4 years.but since 1 year I have stopped taking them.because even after consuming them my back pain was still persistent.And now I consulted ortho doc who diagnosed it as fibromyalgia.i literally can't sleep at night because of this which is very very disturbing my dayto day schedule. So my doubt is whether physiotherapy can be better treatment or giving injections on the trap muscle??.pov-i Want my back pain to go forever. And applying heat is good for the pain or cold pack?

Hi there, I am again having pain in my long existing ACL problem on right knee. There's a click sound sometimes when I stand up or during walking as well. I met with an accident way back in 2017, I know I am supposed to have a surgery but what's the remedial to make it strong till next year as I am getting married this December. Please suggest. Since 2 days, I am having pain while chewing on my left Jaw Joint (very near the left ear). What could be the reason. Need something for the pain and also need to understand which type of doctor to consult is this a dental, ENT or orthopedic?

Hello docs, Done with X-ray, ct scan, MRI and consulted Ortho doctors too. Got to know that suffering with AVN 2and 3rd stage. Except little pain in the morning on right leg.. Not feeling heavy pain. Started with medication given. Osteofos 70, ultracet, sunbless 60k, calcium vitamin d3 tablet. What are the chances of recovery?. How long it will take?. Any other suggestions and exercises if please. Thanks in advance

Actually my father  he have been bearing himself with extra grown right muscle. Whenever he wants to put his hand closer to underarm that touching muscle causes friction. In this paricular situation he feels pain. May i know what is the reason behind it?. Please give me the suggestion.

Hiiii...my grandma is 80 years old...she is also diabetic patient.she has a lot of pain in right knee...so doctor suggest for MRI ...we had done MRI of my grandma knee...but report come on evening...so we cannot see orthopaedic doctor...but someone say about tumor in knee...so we want to confirm is report ok or not? i attached her report with this...
