Since 4-5 days I had pain in upper part of right foot. ( not constant pain) but since yesterday both my foot are aching. Which medicine can I have for pain relief?

I am feeling random pain in hands and feet that comes and goes very quickly since a week. It's a dull and random pain. I have no history of any injury on hands or feet. I type a lot and use cell phone daily for hours. The pain comes and goes so fast that i can't even note where it was paining but it comes back frequently. I can still do my daily tasks but i m worried why I m feeling strange pain in different areas on my legs and arms spontaneously.

Hi, (total 28 days today)I hv pain from neck to shoulder..n my right shoulder have pain while doing up side movements..hv done my xray ..doc told ots c5 c6 nerve conpression n loss of curve..would like to know if this is serious issue..how long it will take to heal.since two days i feel like i loose sensation in my palm of left hand..also my neck is reduced than before but shoulder pain exists.

My mom is on dialysis from past 4 years she fell down from stairs 2 months back her back is aching and now she has walking difficulty please suggest what to be done. Thank you in advance.
