Bone & Muscle problems

My father is facing some issues or rather I can say pain in his lower back for quite few days. He visited for the X-ray test and reports suggested that there is some problem in his lower back. Doctors suggests that he is suffering from ' Bone Spur '.

I am having heel pain from past 2 months, I had vit b and d test and kft, they are normal, what to do. The pain is usually during walking?

I am having intermittent shoulder pain from last 15 years and i am 33 years now .. pain comes in between left shoulder and neck .. recently i showed to orthopedist .. he verified x ray and said i have gap between my shoulder joint and that is causing pain .. he suspected that earlier i must have had some injury which resulted malunion of the bone structure..i can do all my daily activities without any issues .. when i sit in front of laptop for long or tired or stressed or travel or inadequate sleep then pain increases .. i have done ultrasound massage .. didn't help much.. is there any solution for this .. do i have to live with this

Pain is there in right hip doctor gave tab pregalin sr 75 and nurokind d3.Doctor told that there is problem in l4 l5 due to which nerve are getting pressed and pain is there I have taken these medicine for 20 days still pain is there what treatment needs to be done

Sharp pain in the muscle behind the shoulder blade. Coudnt sleep last night. Applied balm but no relief.

From the top 3/4 disc of the spine and from the center to the right where the spine ends and back shoulder muscle is connecting, at that point i feel the pain. While working in office if I dont set the chair at a high level and if i dont use hand rest for my right hand, I feel the pain. If I set the monitor at a lower level than my eye level, after working 5-6 hours I feel the pain. I do workout and basic shoulder exercises but even after 3-4 sets of push up I feel upper back muscle attached to that spine location is paining. I have given an image of the location of pain.
