Below is my MRI FINDINGS - · in mri this is the impression —- At L4-L5: mild central posterior disc bulge indenting on the thecal sac without causing spinal canal stenosis / neural foraminal stenosis. No obvious radicular impingement PLS HELP TO KNOW IS THIS SLIP DISC. IS IT MILD OR SEVERE . Will it get cured completely and how much approximate time will it require to heal.

Attached is my x-ray. I was diagnosed with fracture 2 weeks ago and doc put a splint. I have slight pain near ankle when I keep my leg in air while sitting on chair and very Heavy swelling when leg not elevated. 1) When Can I start walking? 2) Why is my swelling so much in lower leg while sitting with legs down? 3) Doc has advised for 4 wk splint nwb, is that ok or should I go for plaster? 4) it is diagnosed as Jones fracture. How much time will it take to heal? 5) will physiotherapy needed after healing?

I hv lower back pain after an injury since last 1 month. Did an Xray which states that "straightening of cervical and lumbar spine" . Does it shows that I have disk slip or is it a simple back pain. Pls help. I do not have any numbness and tingling pain in leg or anywhere else.Only in my lower back pain is there.

I am having joint pain around ankles and feet and general fatigue since one week. Ra factor, ANTI CCP , CRP qualitative test hv come out negative. HB is 12.6. uric acid also within range. However vitamin D has come out to be insufficient i.e. 26 ng/ml. How do I recover from this? How long will it take to get normal and pain free?
