Bone & Muscle problems

My son is 2 and half years old and he is still walking in toes.I am a little worried about this and wanted to know if this is normal and if not should i consult a pediatric orthopedic.He very often complains about legs pain and most commonly in night due to which he does not sleep.please advise what needs to be done

Yesterday suddenly i stand up from the byke on one left leg totaly pressure was fallen on this left leg foot.from today mrng i got sever pain on this left leg foot unable to put pressure on that leg foot ...while touching. i feeling nerve pain..i attaching the photo where excate pain is,please suggest me some good.medicines to recover fast tmrw i have exams..

Severe neck pain radiates to shoulder at times. If pain not there there is a tingling feeling on the neck

I am quite in laptops and phone all the time and with a improper sitting position basically my back in a hunch position. Well this been done since 3 - 4 months I could sometime feel my right shoulder blade with some pinching pain. This used to go way after some time. But since last two weeks this pain is consistent and is in a particular place of right shoulder blade only. Eventually this led to extreme stiffness in my right side of neck and progressively went into right chest. Recently I made a doctor visit where he diagnosed it saying that it caused from anxiety. Well I am dealing with anxiety from last 4 yrs but it's not so chronic or extreme now that it used to be earlier. It's very rare. Well now I am confused whether should I go with his diagnosis or seek another treatment

About 1 month back, she had a left knee ligament teat. Local doctors have advised rest for some time followed by surgery. Need further guidance gor surgery.

I was going to gym and then one day after gym I had back pain and from its been a month I got an MRI scan done found 3 slip disc extrusion, I am on bed rest since 5 days and will be doing it for a month, will that fix it or do I need go for surgery?

Hello Dr, does doing brisk walking continously for more than 30mins a  day in home makes  knees to wear off in long run and does type of road also matter for walking?

My doctor suggested me xray for neck and shoulder pain. Is there any problem in the plate? Please suggest.
