My back pain started after delivery, just after delivery I got covid,  I cud nt take proper rest, and my back pain got worse. It's been 15 months and the pain is extreme, what to do

During rest time (mainly night), excess pain in leg cause sleeping problem and unable get up in the early morning for office. I daily commute by Delhi metro for 1.25 hour each side. Kindly suggest what step to be taken to get this fully eradicated.

I have been suffering from left neck pain for more than a month. Visited an orthopaedic two weeks back.As prescribed, I took Myosone Plus and Etrobax 60 for two weeks. And the pain gradually went away. But the crunchy sound on neck movement still persisted. Then, He prescribed Myosone SR for next two weeks and Pregabid 75 20 for a month. And also suggested cervical exercise and local ice application. I started following the same. But, since last Monday, suddenly acute pain reappeared. I am talking medicines as prescribed. I stopped excercise due to pain. Today, no pain is experienced but that crunchy sound on neck movement continues. The Prescriptions and the XRay report are attached. Please let me know what is causing this and how I can get quick recovery.

Does it required knee replacement or physiotherapy will works good.my father don't want any operation at this age as he has other health issues like diabetes.

Hi, I had minor fracture in my ring fingure on 19 June 22. It's been 10 days now. So it's been 13 days now. My question is can I remove the cohensive crepe bandage and put normal bandage now for next one week or do I need to get new dressing.

My left elbow congenital radial dislocated while swimming few days back, but my doctor told me to keep In arm pit but it doesn't help. I have done xray and found out that I have a congenital radial disorder since childhood so he refused to pulled my arm in the beginning. But I can stretch my arm properly usually till the incident on my left arm then my arm could not stretch properly because of this and it gives me lot of tense. So what kind of treatment and cure for this disorder

I am going through lot of pain in different parts of my body specially the back of my head and between the shoulder blades, the pain is not muscular it is felt in the nerves even sometime in my legs and hands. Also there is a lot of problems on my lower back. It's been more than 2 years I've been going through this prior to this I did some spine manipulative exercises for a year atleast and this problem started then only. Prior to the exercises i was fine and have no such diseases in my family which means I am 100% sure it is due to those exercises. Even after stopping them my condition is same after two years. Recently I have consulted a local neurologist he suggested some test blood urine and X-ray tests. The x-ray tests were done only on the lumbar and cervical spine and in both of them the doctor found problem but i have also pain in the thoracic part of the spine. I have also problem in balance and keeping myself upright and there is lot of issues I need to discuss with an expert.

My mom is having osteoarthiritis both knee XRay Both knee AP And Lateral view Marginal patellar& central osteophytosis is seen bilaterally. Medial tibiofemoral & patellofemoral joint space are reduced. Subchondral sclerosis is noted. Para articular soft tissues are within normal limit Imp- osteoarthiritis both knee joints LFT, KFT, CBC ESR, Thyroid profile, RA factor 8,CRP 5 are above test Normal. ,Vit b12- 521,Vit D 47.3,Anti CCP 1.60. Dr gave her Jointace DN which cause heavy gas Nausea loose motion. Dr changed to Cartigen forte then Cartigen duo all these cause heavy gas nausea while taking PPI with emset . Now Dr suggest to take Adesam 400 OD for 3 month. I read it was liver medicine or work in osteoarthritis too. Plz suggest any better supplement for joint cartilage with no nausea gas sideffects. Can Adesam 400 will help Or not plz suggest I'm to worried now any good nutritonal supplement plz suggest plz help mom age is 45.weight 64 kg. Plz suggest any good medicine.
