Knee injury
I was playing volleyball and suddenly felt knee dislocation. I get my MRI done and near complete ACL injury happened. Can anyone suggest if this is a serious concern and do i need surgery. Complete ACL is torn or any chance of recovery

Considering your age, and considering your physical activity denand, you might need an ACL reconstruction once it tears completely.

For now, knee brace is a must, and you will have to avoid pivoting movements at the knee. Quadriceps strengthening exercises have to be done to delay the surgery and to make post op rehabilitation easier
