From last 5 days knee have  sound some time and little pain. I didn't do anything like game gym why it's happening?what I should do

For last 2-3 days I was feeling some pain in my neck, and due to intense office work its difficult to maintain posture properly. So I consulted a doctor and after Vitamin D test I was found vitamin D deficient (8.1 ng/ml). Also since yesterday I was feeling some sensation in my hands and a very light pain in the sholder when I wake up after a sleep. Doctor recommended me an injection: arachitol 6 lac injection (only one). I just wanted to confirm if it is recommended to go for this injection in my condition or are there any side effects of this? Please suggest...

Now ,I am a college student in first year.when I was in class nine(In this time, I was very skinny),I was feeling that my right chest bone upper portion slightly elevated and lower portion slightly bent.But I ignore it.Now the condition increases more than the primary situation.I can't open my shirt in front of not only relatives but also my parents.I am feeling very hesitation.please help me,🙏🙏🙏🥺😥.

I have been facing moderate pain in left knee and sometime immediate below knee joint area,  during walking, getting up from sitting position. I have daily commute of 2 hours in bus for work. No previous history of disease. What can be the possible cause and what is the remedy. Thank you.
