Hi, i dont hve cervical but sometimes my neck do get stiff. I am thinking to buy memory foam pillows but just want to be sure are they really good or just over hyped? Pls do guide

Hiiii...my grandma is 80 years old...she is also diabetic patient.she has a lot of pain in right knee...so doctor suggest for MRI ...we had done MRI of my grandma knee...but report come on evening...so we cannot see orthopaedic doctor...but someone say about tumor in knee...so we want to confirm is report ok or not? i attached her report with this...

My mom's ankle cast became little wet on top. When I touched the white part inside the cast it was little damp. Should I let it dry or should we change the cast again?.she even wore cast cover up to her knee that tore while showering.

I have back muscle pain for past 5 yrs I developed it a few days after I got chickenguneya.i have back muscle pain on both sides of my spine. It has gotten worse for past 1 year I can't even sit for 10 mins and no painkiller has ever reduced my pain. My MRI report says  nothing serious just some muscle tighteness, My doctor said it is Myofascial pain Syndrome He suggested painkillers,Muscle relaxants,Medicine for nerve damage,Exercises & physiotherapy(no effect) and then same medicines & Trigger point injection & exercises I have taken 11 of those injections but still no effect,My pain has only got worse since I started having Injections and did exercises Initially i had pain in sitting only but for past 6 months i started having a lot of pain in laying down as well(I lie in good posture)  .I have tried everything,visited various physiotherapists, various orthopedics but no relief. I have taken various pain killers continuously for past 6 months but they never reduced my pain.

Sir, I have severe back and knee pain for almost 4 months.But this pain happened to me 2 years ago but later it got better and more than 4 months there is pain in knees and back. Most of all I have problem in right leg knee. Whenever I open or close my knee, there is a sound coming from it and I feel that my knee is getting stuck and it hurts too. In the morning, when I wake up from sleep, the pain in my knee increases and my feet swell due to excessive work.I have a lot of trouble getting up and walking. Along with me, my family members are also very worried about this problem of mine.  I need a precise advice.

Suffering from foot infection. Currently applying clop-g cream. Dead skin and rashes. Constantly feel like scrubbing and peel of the skin.

Am having very very severe heel pain in both legs... Can't able to tolerate.. What may be the reason am having heel spur
