Requesting medical advice on reports
Hello, My mother is suffering from a left hand frozen shoulder since many months. Attaching the MRI report of my mother for your reference. We would like to understand what does the report say and what steps can be taken further. Looking forward to a response on the same. Thank you.

There are degenerative changes in the joint with associated partial tear of Supraspinatus tendon. Also, there is degenerative change seen in Acromio clavicular joint.
Next Steps
She should start with hot fomentation,  take analgesic, calcium and vit d supplement,  start Physiotherapy for strengthening the joint soft tissue.
Health Tips
If the problem is severe   she may need some other intervention as well. It would be better to get examined clinically for better judgment..
