Bone & Muscle problems

Is there any diagnostic test to confirm infection in bone, muscle or skin other than culture sensitivity test, CRP, ESR? My husband is suffering from osteomyelitis. There was pus coming out of skin before however it has stopped after antibiotics, but we still want to confirm if there is any infection left in the body.

Arachitol Nano 60000 IU Syrup 2.5 ml in a week to my daughter who is 3 years old. As per him , my daughter bones may impact her legs and as her forehead is Little out so she might have some issues. Pls suggest if it is ok to give her 2.5 ml in a week.. also advise side effects of it

Does it APPEARS that my tibia's are shifting outwards on lateral side?? I am getting overweight, 90kg at 5.6ft height. Don't have much physical activity so don't gets pain in knees, but it appears to get some feeling in anterior of knees when i walk quite some time. Its not pain but appear of feeling at anterior of knees. I have attached pics. Does it APPEARS to you that my tibia's are shifting outwards on lateral side??

From last month suffe5 from ganglion.. In starting thre is no pain in my wrist but now m facing alot pain during driving

My left humerus bone got fractured on 18/03/2022 and surgery was successful on 19/032022 an interlocking titanium nail fixed there to heal.Yet there is no improvement till after five months and now my consultant doctor is asking to reoperate and for bone grafting.I'm looking for any other options to heal.

Upper back pain sometimes right and sometime left and middle which radiate sometime to chest. Since 4 months pain existing. While touching some slight pain. Could not understand.  Cardiologist said some muscular issue. Taken medicines 15 days gap, but not fully recovered. C4 c 5 spondylitis doctor said but not pain in neck very rare. But this pain daily, not hinder in daily routine but still not getting ok.

Hi Doctor, Thanks in advance for reading and answering my question. 3 weeks ago i had an injury aftering seeing x-ray my doctor told no surgery required just casting is enough for 4-5 weeks it will heal. Right now its 3 weeks (attached x-ray of 3rd week by removing cast) Will it heal correctly and my finger movements will be back as normal? My middlefinger matacarpal head creates any problem for me? Its lightly damaged as per x ray. Your answer would really help me.

I'm diagnosed with  C5C6 cervical compression With severe nickname and radiating to write am and the numbness on the right arm Please guide me on whether I should consult a neurosurgeon or orthopedic surgeon. Is surgery mandatory or is it manageable with medicines?

Hello Sir/Mam I had an small accident and 4th metacarpal was fractured, and it's just in position, doctor said, no need surgery. So i had plaster of Paris on my left hand from 5weeks, i was able to move my fingers freely but sometimes i feel pain at affected area its like pinching/cramping don't know why?? And my splint got loosed from 3rd week is that okay or there will be any effect on affected area?? How many more days i have to wear this splint x-rays are looking same as first one Give me some suggestions please, Thanks in advance :)
