Please suggest some medicine for arthritis of the neck and lumbar region. There is stiffness in lumbar and neck region. Problem is since the last 2 years or so.

Hi, when I am walking for 10-15 mins my heels are getting pain. Most of the times it's like a day long pain and sharp pain. I am 33, 6'2" and 92kgs. Can you please suggest what could be the reason for this and how to overcome this.

I am suffering from slip disc since 4 yrs.pain has increased from few days. Nerve compression in left right leg different parts..thigh, calf, foot. Also nerve compression in hands..cervical disc..had got mri done very long back.4 yrs ago. Hence need to check if it increased. Hence need prescription.

I was suffering from chest pain (costocondritis ) for past 1 year ,then one day my doctor recommended me to check my vitamin d levels and it is was very low 10 ng/ml on 28 July 2022. Since then I took  -1 arachitol 6 lac injection and -6 uprise 60k capsules weekly.  And from yesterday I switched to 5000 iu D3 capsules daily. My question is how long will it take to get my vitamin d 3 levels to be NORMAL . PS-- i don't feel that kind of pain like earlier after physical activity but still I am taking precautions and avoiding any intense activity like running and lifting heavy weights
