Today while playing cricket and taking a catch,the ball hit hard on the top of little finger of right hand and it got bent. Immediately I stretch it it get back in normal shape, but there is pain in knuckle and swallow on Palm near finger joint. Please advice.

Hello Doctors! I'm 26year old female with weight 56 kg. One month ago I had severe pain in my left ankle,and from there it radiated through thighs towards hip region, got x ray done and doctors said I have some gaps between the columns of spines. I had medications and then that pain transferred to right ankle, and now in my wrist also. Please suggest what should I do. I dont have any strain or sprain, it started all of sudden.Thank you in advance.
