Bone & Muscle problems

Hi, I am feeling small lump on my Xiphoid process, when i touch from outside. And when I walk or lay down its fine, but when I sit i feel pain in mid of the stomach. Not sure to whom I should reach out to.

Hi, My mother is 55years old, have BP but not diabetic She has problem in both feets as getting burning sensation (i can't express exactly but it's not pain not burning. It's hurting similar to boils) in both feets. Happened many hours in day leading to lack of sleep. We used mythelcobolmin injection, neurobin tables but no satisfaction. Not sure whom to approach. Suggestions please, thanks in advance.
