PRP for cervical sponsylitis

I have a sports injury on my neck. I have been doing physio therapy but that didn't prove much beneficial. It gives me a daily pain support though. I am having various pain killers as well. Si, would want to try something more. I have heard about the growing trend of PRP for tissue repair. Please suggest if it can be tried.

Finger bones

Hi Doctor, I got my finger bones broken/cracked by playing outdoor game past 3 days. Took x-ray and my treating doctor puts POP to full hand till fingers. Asked me to revisit hospital after 3 days, today i went for 2nd X-ray. By comparing 1st and 2nd he told the bone gap is lighlty increased so he asked me to continue the same POP for 2 more weeks. Then if dint heal after 2 weeks he will do k-wire surgery. I am scared and not confident on treatment because the doctor didnot changed the POP, It becomes loose..though he asked me to continue the same for 2 more weeks. Will this way helps me to cure? Should i wait for 2 weeks or any other treatment do i need to get? Or Ancient method treatment like PUTTUR Bone setter can i try? Please answer my quetions

Finger bones cracked

Hi Doctor, Yesterday while playing outdoor games, (thug of war,). The pressure of rope tightly squezzed my hand. I got X-ray last night..in that last 2 fingers got cracks. Doctor treated me with POP and asked me to revisit in next 2 days to do x-ray one more time to check on healing percentage. Is that 2 days time sufficient to revisit for 2nd x-ray. Or do i need to wait for some more time? Will it heal in POP ? or do i need to go under surgery?

Knee injury-meniscus tear

I had a knee injury and after doctor's advice, I had an MRI scan. The MRI report diagnosed peripheral longitudinal tear in posterior horn of lateral meniscus. The doctor prescribed me HAPID and Ezact 90. I have been taking these from 20th July. In my last visit, he gave me certain exercises. But I forgot to ask from when to start those exercises. It would be very helpful if I get some advice. Presently, I don't have pain and swelling. Only, the knee area feels weak after walking for minimum 5 minutes.
