Swelling over wrist
92 yrs female bed ridden for more than 8 months due to pelvis fracture.She is complaing of swelling at left wrist joint for the past 5 days and today she developed bluish colouration of the fingers.What could be the reason for this?What should we do next?

It could be DVT.(deep vein thrombosis ) Kindly shift her to a hospital for proper care and treatment.
