Bone & Muscle problems

Just below my both knew i have two round hard bumps like a speed breaker. There is no pain but sometimes when i squat and get up there is pain there. In right leg or rarely on both i was hurt there too while playing football by other persons leg. What is this bump in the bone

I had hard fall on school playground when I was in 8th class which lead to pain and I couldn't run for a month. I didn't go to the doctor that time as it didn't look any serious. That knee injury had given me popping sound in my left knee whenever I tried to bend it with speed slower than normal or fast speed. Its been 20 yrs living with the issue. I have no swelling but sometimes I feel pain after I use my leg / knee more than usual like in running, squatting. What could be the reason behind the popping in left knee only.

I had lower back pain from more than a year. It is Not extreme pain sometime move towards front groin area(abdomen) right side... Few Months back I had severe pain in chest muscles with shoulder and back also. Doctor identified vitamin D deficiency and then I took vitamin D tab once a week for 16 week and all after that once a month(Still continue). MY QUESTION: Chest, shoulder, back pain completely gone only lower back pain issue is there. Why this perticular area pain is not going? NOTE: 1.USG abdomen (including kidney reports are normal) 2. I did less than normal body movement as doing work from home from last 2.5 years- 8 hours setting on a chair.

I'm having pain in my left foot especially the heel region early in morning. It decreases as I walk, but still persists throughout. One doctor prescribed me gout medications as my uric acid was high (7.9) but another doctor said since I was quite young for gout it was just plantar fasciitis. Kindly suggest treatment.

Clavicle has been fractured after accident and doctor has advised a sling to restrict arm movement. Fracture does not require surgery as advised by orthopedic. Is it normal for clavicle to move slightly even after wearing sling? When i stand my clavicle is in certain position but when i lay down it changes position again and even in certain movements of the body the broken clavicle keeps shifting. Its a mid shaft clavicle fracture. Kindly let me know if movement is okay or normal or any way i should completely immobilise it.
