Body bones are paining from 1month Tested ESR 52 So please tell me so how it will controle & What is ESR

From the last 2 days i am having leg pain like aching pain that is from the side of thigh goes down to the calf and foot. I have body pain and leg pain sometimes. But this is constant for 2 days. It is happening in both tha legs. I did lunges 2 days back in a different position. Can it start my pain?. I have spondolytis so i have shoulder and upper back pain regularly. But the leg pain is annoying. I am 74 kg 6'1 height

I got surgery done in 2020 and I got plate in my femur ,now my femur pain when I walk or get up from bed and there is cracking sound coming when I climb stair with pain

Hello doctors i am 20 year old male and my height and weight is 5ft9 and 53kg.My problems that my bones are not devloped full they are like 14 yead old boy.My bones is extremly thin.My wrist in only 5.9 inch which is even smaller than girls wrist.My hands are also small its even smaller than girl who have 5ft3 height.i have fat in body but still looks very thin due to bone structure.Everybody in my family have good thick bones.Even my big brother have good tall and thick bones.He is 6ft .and my father is 5ft11 and mom is 5ft3.Even my sister have larger hands than me and her bones are also good.how i can devlop my bones and increase their density.

Sep 2021 my upper back pain started with right hand pain and my lower back pain started with right leg sciatica. Consulted orthopedic doctor. He concluded some test Mri, hlab27 and many more and told me that i have ankylosing spondylitis  ( i didn't know about these diseases) although my hlab27 was negative. He prescribed me saaz 500 mg 2 times day. aceclofenac-sp 2 times a day folitrax 5mg once in week pan d ones in morning I took these med for 8 month with exercise and pain was vanished. In july 2022 when i get to know about AS little better. I have personally consulted Rheumatologist by concludibg some test, he told me that i don't have AS and tell me to stop the med. Till 10 sep 2022 i was fine. No pain continuing my exercise. But now i have started sharp but bearable pain between my shoulder on spine and when i rub my hand in upward direction i feel little pain on some vertebrae  with little right hand pain. Any suggestions pls, do i have AS or any other condition. Not
