Bone & Muscle problems

Sir, One month before I have a knee injury. Latchman test positive. MRI report says " 1. Edematous & bulky ACL with increased T2/PD signal S/O tear. 2. Mild to moderate osteoarthritc changes. 3. Minimal joint effusion."  I feel pain in my knee when walking. please suggest me what can I do?

I have talofibular ligament sprain and soft tissue injury with swelling.. doctor prescribed me  synthetic plaster...but the day after plaster bruises occur below the finger (the edge of plaster)..and it increases...but I don't have any numbness in my toe finger . Why bruising occurred?

My toddler is 2 years 9 month. He has been sitting i w shape position. Even we interrupt him, but after few minutes he sits again in w sitting . I think due to this his both knees bones are more inwards and when he runs fast he fall due to that deviation. His legs are straight only bones sides to knees are highly presentable in both inside. Since last two days sudden sharp pain started near Tibial Tunnel. It's been 2 years since my surgery but why suddenly this pain ? When I try to extend my knee this sharp pain strikes and when I'm bending no issues. What might be the reason ? I've posted a photo of the area as well. Pls advice.
