Bone & Muscle problems

Yesterday, I hurt my toe finger in the morning. Initially it pained a lot and I had some difficulty walking but after that in the evening it would hurt only on pressing the affected area. Today morning I noticed that the finger turned reddish blue and the pain is still there only if I put pressure on the affected area. Please suggest what should I do. Did I fracture/ sprain my finger? Attached the photos. The first one is after I got hurt and the second one is on the next day.

My mother had undergone a TKR surgery around 8 weeks back. She is fine and recovering well and wants to fly back to hometown from bangalore. I need a fit to fly certificate by today, I can share the case history online.
