Knee Issue
Hi, I did a MRI and found that my Left Knee is diagnosed with Mucoid Degeneration of ACL the doctors told me to do physiotherapy however when I run it still pains Please advise?

Then you may need arthroscopic procedure . Continue physio and avoid few activities like knee bending , running , jumping , etc

Mucoid degenaration is common finding in MRI .. You need to do physiotherapy for atleast 3 weeks. If pain doesn’t subside you may require Arthroscopic debridement of the ligament.
