I recently had a very bad back pain , so I did a MRI scan and I found out I have 4 herniated discs . I want to start my treatment and need guidance

Greetings from Kolkata. Hello, if you have only back pain then it should be manageable by physiotherapy modalities and NSAIDS. Your MRI is suggestive of nerve root compression at L4-L5 AND L5-S1. So if you have left leg pain then you should get it checked by a orthopedic surgeon as soon as possible.
