What is the best remedy for shoulder joint pain and limited movement of right hand after falling on a concrete floor. It is diagnosed with Humerus greater tuberosity fracture/displacement. I am attaching the x-ray image.

There is step at fracture site ,
If it doesn’t unite at proper place then you may have difficulty in lifting your arm later on and have impingement .
