My mother had high shoulder pain from one month but now fever is also coming what to do now plz answer

IMPRESSION:  Mild marrow edema at postero-lateral aspect of lateral tibial condyle – likely contusion.  Mild sprain of anterior cruciate ligament.  Grade I signal changes in posterior horn of medial meniscus.  Trace Patello-femoral and knee joint effusion. Hello Doctor I got my knee injured in football tournament in first week of May 2022, following the injury i thought it might be LCL grade 1 would heal with rest.  but now, I done with MRI ,its been 4 and half months still feel pain in my knees while performing daily normal activities I have enclosed the MRI report Please guide me best possible solution to the problem I'm representing for CAPF AC Exam, selection in coming august 2023 and as well as several competiative exams Which require physical test to be cleared at most. 10days back i had met with a bike accident where when i was trying to stop my bike In a high speed it gave pressure on thigh and small injury happent on thigh after that injury resolved but a lump formed on a thigh ..i used 10days antibiotics (5days of ag625 then went to gynaecologist she gave tabroside plus).but there is no change in lump..iam in breastfeeding so can't use more than that ..is there any ointment which can reduce the lump..picture attached for same...lump is not so hard nor so soft.. please suggest me what to do whom to consult or which treatment should I take

Hello Doctor,     This is Dr Shilpa. I have leg pain since 3yrs - lower anterior shin both legs. I dont feel comfortable and feel weak. Cant walk or stand for long time. I have not accidents or injury in past. Got done below tests: Hemoglobin,  Vit D, Vit B12 - normal Doppler - normal MRI LS Spine + Cervical Screening- normal Please suggest me what to be done. I am not normal, cant walk or stand even for short time.

I am feeling pain in hip so I did x ray pls look my x ray ,an orthopedic doctor said my joint is fused while recent MRI DONE is quite normal
