Sir I had undergone surgery for removal of giant cell tumor from my distal femur region of right knee. The surgery took place on 14/4/2022. It has been close to 6 months after surgery but i am experiencing an active extension lag of 20 degrees although passively i am able to extend the knee fully. My flexion range is 120 degrees as of now but the movement is not free as i experience stiffness after excercise and i achieve flexion of 120 during excercise. The range of movements starts at 105 and goes till 120-122 during excercise. How can I achieve full range of motion actively and will this extension lag be permanent?

Dear sir 3 days back while riding my bike my bike slipped n I fell on the road.Everything is normal but there is little bit pain in my Wrist.Although the Wrist movements r steady.hope nothing to worry.which medicine to take.plz suggest.

I recently got a fibreglass cast for a fracture in my leg. Is it normal for it to be this itchy? It has only been two days and I cannot sleep because of the itchiness. I can feel all the cotton strands inside which are further aggravating it. Can I take some medicine for it?

I have stiffness and pain in my upper back as well as lower back . My muscles on shoulder front and back feels tight also. This is going on for around a week . Sometimes the pain is my ribcage . Should i go in for physiotherapy . Not getting relief with pain killers

How, my mother has undergone open heart surgery ten years back and is on warferene tablet, August 23rd 2022 she underwent total knee replacement for single knee, after that wound got infected and doctors widely cut the wound, now no infection but would has to close, am attaching wound picture, please guide. She can not bear another surgery...

Having pain in calf muscle of left leg above ankle(back side),it called soleus and Achilles tendon, all the time since 5 years.. skin part of that seems to be tight and on pressing,it become more painful..whom do I consult.no other health issue ... profession is of fieldwork
