Bone & Muscle problems

Hi I am feeling continuous tailbone pain for sometime now. I cant see for more than 30 min without some pain in tailbone  area.. I work on computers and work from home.. but i cant sit on office chair.. I even purchased ortho tail bone relief pads to sit but they were also uncomfy. I also have pain in heels and even when i wake up in morning i feel the pain.

My toe is fractured.... Doc suggested me this tablets. I forgot to mention him that am a breastfeeding mother. Can i take BONE CZ AND NERVILAX tablets during breastfeeding? My baby is now 1 year old. Plz suggest me other similar medication if this could harm my baby .

Dear sir/ Madam, I am dilip. I am 100 kg. 160 cm height. I don't have blood pressure or blood sugar. I don't have any underlying condition except some food allergy. I did not done any physical work outs or exercise in my past. my job is a sitting in front of computer job from past 15 years. Now my lower back is paining. I am not able to sleep completely in night. Now I joined in one company where I need to travel 50km up and down per day through my two wheeler. Now my lower back is paining and I am not able to sleep. Can you please tell me why this happened to me? How to get rid of this?

My mother aged 62+ has been experiencing a grinding sensation in both her knee since the last 4 to 5 days. It's not painful but I'm concerned. She is a little over weight (BMI 32.7). Please advice what steps should be taken at the earliest.

My wife is feeling a pain in the upper part of her right arm for the last one month. She used to lie down and hold her mobile phone in the right hand for quite long periods daily playing mobile games. She used to keep a small pillow below the right arm but stopped it recently. After that she started experiencing the pain in her right arm. The pain is not continuous but she would feel acute pain while moving the arm sometimes. Please guide us whom we should consult or what is the remedy.

From last two days feeling pain in the middle of back bone area. If become worse while cough. I am taking pregablin and methycoblin and tendomac but for shoulder blade pain and vitamin d 60 k once in 15 day. Now is there any other option so that I get pain relief from back asap as don't want to take pain killer

I am a 53 years old woman. Please look at the MRI of my lower back and tell me if you see anything that is not normal． For several months, I have been feeling strong internal vibrations (sometimes like tingling electric shocks) in my left leg (starting from my toes to my thigh), which is worse at night, so it is disrupting my sleep. My leg is not visibly shaking externally, though. You cannot see my leg shaking physically. The vibrations were at first tingling sensations in my left leg, but now it became more like internal vibration. I went to doctor and MRIs of brain, neck were quite normal. I also did X-ray of my neck, lower back, and left foot and the doctor didn’t note anything noteworthy. Please look at the MRI of my lower back. Is there anything that could be causing what I’m feeling in my left leg? I still have no diagnosis and my only medication is Vitamin B12 which is not helping. Thank you.

I am having tfcc pain for the couple of days on my left hand . I did not fell down lifted heavy thing once. Iam feeling the pain whenever am trying to lift up or trying to take support with my left arm

MRI impression 1 Interstitial injury involving anterior cruciate ligament. However continuity appears intact. 2 Grade 2 signal involving posterior horn of medical meniscus not reaching up to articular margin. 3 Mild knee joint effusion 4 No collateral ligament tears 5 No osseous or cartilaginous abnormality Do i need surgery or physiotherapy will work in this? I don't have any knee pain but little pain behind knee area
