Doctor,my mother has been experiencing immense pain in her neck and left arm since the last few days and according to all the symptoms and also the DEFICIENCY IN VITAM D3 I feel it's Cervical Radiculopathy so is it fine if I visit a Orthopaedic Surgeon offline today or should I visit some other category doctor

X-ray taken on 28th of Dec'22. There is a small lump-like deposition between the shoulder joints which causes immense pulsating pain while lifting or any type of free arm movements. Two methods suggested during initial consultation are- 1. Micro-needling process 2. Arthroscopic surgery (where the lump removed will be sent out for biopsy to know if it's Uric acid or calcium deposition etc) Queries - I would like to know if there are any other available options  from the ones mentioned above. And If this can be diagnosed with simple exercises without the need for treatments, what are those exercise methods. And If these are the only options available, which one would be the best to go ahead with.

Can we use a massager for backpain .I know it's not a permanent solution still a temporary relief after work . Is it advisable? anyways we will not use it for long time in a day . It will be better if someone can throw do's and don't w.r.t massager .pic for reference Thanks

Good afternoon doctors. I'm 27, having this knee Popping and clicking sound everytime i fold my legs or bend down. I have this issue since i was in my 7th grade schooling. It never hurts me with any kind of pain but it sounds annoying. Any treatment that can help me completely rid out of this sound? While driving car my left leg was pressing hard clutch plate so i felt discomfort in my knees.

I am having severe neck pain past 3 days. My doctor has prescribed me nucoxia 60 for 5 days. Is this a steorid medicine or pain killer.

I am 27 years old male with bmi 21 and I dont have any pain right now and in general also i don't have joint pains anywhere  but my RA factor is 20.6 IU/ml(positive) and anti CCP is 2.26 AU/ml (negative). my CRP, ANA and ASI are negative but ESR is 19mm/hr and hlab27 negative .  I did these tests because i had low back pain for 2 months and my uncle has ankylosing spondylitis hence to rule it out . Although the 2 doctors i met told me that my back pain is due to poor posture as it pains on movement and is not tender to touch and gave muscle relaxant which i think are working. Also my joints like knuckles neck and low back makes popping sound when i consiously crack them but without any pain. Questions - 1-do i have RA ?? 2- if not can i have RA later on in my life as i am RA factor positive ?? 3-do i need to worry about any other auto immune disease due to RA factor being 20.6 IU/ml and esr being 19mm/hr if its not rheumatoid arthritis

My vit d3 is 47 ng/ml and b12 is 712. I have pain in ankle and knee. Rest all reports normal. Dr has said vit d is low. Is it low?

Hi, I feeling pain in my left knee while climbing stairs or putting body weight on left leg. No injuries till date but I think got hit by sofa edge last week while walking. Please suggest some home remedy to fix this. Thanks 🙏
