My mom suddenly while lifting something heavy, got a sudden pain in her hip, now she cannot make much movement, what could be the issue?

Plz clear my doubts a year before my baby had genu valgus drformity...after the treatment given...and after year we consulted the doctor with test as per doc advice m doctor its cured...my query is that is there any changes of the same problem returing after it is cleard...have attached the recent reports...plz let me know...

I have been undergoing physiotherapy for last 5-6 months for treatment of Right frozen shoulder. All my lab tests , Sugar, RH , Uric acid etc are normal. Also no known injury. Really do not know , how it happened. Though there is improvement in my range of motions but still experiencing pain early morning in my shoulder area . Please advise .
