Left Knee Joint Pain
When I was in class 8, I had fallen while cycling and got 32 stiches internal and external on my left knee joint area but it was fine I recovered.. Last year when I started exercise and did 300-500 skipping I was unable to walk with my left leg and doctor told me that my left leg knee is sensitive so I should not do any jumping or skipping and advised not to do exercise for 1 year.. Now after 1 year has passed I joined one yoga school, everything was going smoothly but after 19 days of practicing Ashtang and Vinyasa flow yoga which is little intense I am again feeling on my left knee and now I am unable to perform yoga.. So what should I do.. I am just 20 years old, should I never do exercises, yoga because after some time of practicing it I get pain in my left knee and I am unable to do that.. So because of my stiches will I never be able to follow my passion.. Please suggest me.. Thank you in advance.

Your Orthopaedic Surgeon will need to examine your knee thoroughly to find out if there was a ligament or meniscus tear. Get an xray and MRI done. Avoid extreme activities. Do pain dependent work with your knee. Gentle physiotherapy in the form of static quadriceps and knee bending is advisable for now.
