Pain in left buttock

I feel pain in my left buttock so much without any reason, i did not got any injury or something. I move my left buttock so much because of pain. I can't relax that area. It's been 1 year. Can you please tell me what is this?

Usually the buttock pain will be coming from your lower back. Need a clinical examination to be sure. Try physiotherapy. That might help.
