Bone & Muscle problems

While playing badminton I got twisted my right leg ankle and got a small sound with a huge pain in the feet connection to leg (Ankle). Gone through X ray and doctor told me a crack in Bone. Suggested Gemcal DS calcium tablets. Is it ok/enough or I need to consult for second opinion. The X ray was attached can you pls suggest. Thank you so much in advance!

I have vitamin D and Vitamin B12 deficiency due to which I am getting muscle pain. I am already taking supplements to cover deficiency. I am getting a lot of back pain daily even while sleeping. Please suggest best balm or spray for back pain and muscles pain.

My mother 83 yrs old, Parkinson's patient, is suffering from pain in upper right arm just bow shoulder. No swelling or redness. Shoulder was stiff and movement restricted..she could not lift her arm wiyhout pain for changing clothes or bathing. Now with some mild exercise which she does on her own and some application of warm towel, she fets some relief. But pain still there especially at night. Pl advice

Hello I am on isotetronin 20mg treatment for acne since 6 months and still I have to continue 4 more months, I was curious about my bone healthy as I got to know isotetronin is a form of vitamin A which if taken for prolonged period of more than 10,000 mgc per day would cause bone thinning, is there any tests I must undergo to observe my bone health???

My foot is fractured and is in a plaster since last two weeks. It still pains the same if it moves or if I try to use it. How long with the pain last? And how loose can the plaster be? Mine seems too loose, it's not actually touching the affected area
