I used to play badminton but stopped 3 months ago due to severe knee pain after the game. After the play, next few days my knees would be very tight while bending, ankles pain during the walk, was not able to getup from the floor without help. I stopped the play for a while and the pains were almost gone 90%. Nowadays I also feel the same if I do a heavy walk say during shopping for 2 to 3 hours. What are these symptoms? Am I on the verge of knee arthritis? I feel discouraged to do any excercise due to this. Please advise!
