I get this pain on my right knee if i sit for a long time or do some physical exercise and lasts for days like for now it has been more than 15days

I did dance last week. after that my ankle back is paining. When I am walking it is getting lot of pain.

Inflammation in wrist took medicines n few sessions of ultrasonic therepy but no relief yet. Plz suggest

I had a traffic accident in May, 2022 and an auto-rickshaw fell on my right leg. As a result, I ended up with a sprain which got completely healed. I can run and walk perfectly normal. But, a part of my lower right leg is stiff and I have lost some amount of "feeling" there and it feels stiff. There is no swelling and it doesn't hurt at all. The only problem is stiffness in a small region. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hello doctor... Whenever i sneeze or cough i feel little pressure or pain in tailbone this is while I am sleeping (only in sleeping) and expect this there is no pain in back.. Is it normal or i have some defficiency please advice me ... This is just in sleeping only . (Actually i am advance yoga practitioner) there is no pain in back except this one . Thank you ☺️
