Hi,
Kindly advice medication if require as my vitamin D is 29 and vitamin B12 is 182 as per my current diagnosis through report.

VitD3 nano shots 60k once weekly for 12 weeks
And cobaswift ns nasal drops once weekly for 8 weeks .. one puff each nostril one time per day

Both are borderline values. Nothing to worry much...Its upto you whether to use medication or not.... Nothing wrong in taking the medication also.
