Pain in lower back, feet , shoulder
I have had consistent pain in my right shoulder for nearly 3 months now, it grows severe at night or after carrying weight.
Also whenever I sit on the ground or sit for a long time my lower back hurts while getting up.
Also as I walk daily for half an hour my feet also hurt a lot.
Is this normal or should I be concerned about this.
