I have pain in my foot and swelling which increases by night. Please suggest whom to consult for my tenosynovitis problem .

Joint pain from more then 6 months, hand finger pain from more the 6months and right hand shoulders pain from last one week.

I have pain in my right side neck shoulder and lower back . I also feel discomfort in my ribs while sitting . Can sitting in poor posture cause chronic rib pain . Pain is felt more when i press it . It is not severe but sitting in particular position increases it . I have a very sedentary lifestyle am obese and generally slouching on bed most if the time . Will physiotherapy help

Hi I fall down from ladder on right leg before 3 months , but now can walk, can use stairs, can cycle. But when just tried once last week Indian washroom at the time of sitting up lift small pain occurred on right knee, but can do 90 degree squats Please provide further treatment Thanks Please refer attached MRI

I am having pain in my left side of neck,shoulders and arms..some feeling in hands also..Sometimes palpitations also..pain comes with dizziness,fatigue.I also get tired easily while moving or doing household chores..Rapid breathing while walking.My ecg,echo,trop T came normal..Doctor said no cardiac related..Should i go for a Treadmill test..or not..??

Due to falling from bike my father suffered a hairline crack in the knee. It's been 5 weeks since the accident and knee pad was suggested for healing. Still he is having pain in the knee and unable to bend the knee. Swelling also persists. Mild ligament tear was also found. How many more days rest is required for complete healing and please suggest any other treatment is needed.
