Lateral condyle depressed plateau hairline fracture pls suggest I have taken rest for 4 weeks as confirmed by doctor ligament not damage but there is something flexion while waking doctor advice me to walk slowly pls suggest

Start with non weight bearing knee exercises. Use a pair of crutches to walk initially and leave them gradually.

Have you done a CT scan? This looks like it might need elevation and fixation.
