Tibia fibula fracture
I had a bike accident in which i broked up my both tibia and fibula and had a wound also. (Doctors didn't fixed strong implants and screws because i had very bad wound and infection) Now i am sharing my 2 xrays, just after surgery and 2 months after surgery. Is there any improvements in bone healing or i will require a bone grafting surgery . Iam a  17 years old boy. And how much time i will need to recover fully? When i will be able to put some weight on feet? Till now iam not  putting any weight on injured leg.

Job done well. It’s not a stable fixation, so kindly don’t bear any weight.
Next Steps
Consult a orthopaedic surgeon to look for wound healing and infection. If no infection, then continue non weight bearing for a month more and look for signs of union in subsequent x rays. Meanwhile keep the joint free with range of movements. If infection, then go for redebridement.
Health Tips
Don’t bear weight

Well done job. Be ambulant with a pair of crutches. Take care of infection etc. In due course of time the fracture should unite.
