Meniscus tear
In MRI i had grade 1 signal involving body and posterior horn of medial meniscus... Basically i had over due of fast walking...and that's why i have yhis... I have this since last 8 months...and taken physiotherapy for last 2 months...but the symptoms didn't seem to improve... Is i am impatient and it will improve and i can run and jump without pain...or it will never improve? As i am young and wants play sports...but can't...so this knee thing is bugging me on day day life...what is your opinion ?

  RELAX. This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Need chronological history of complaints , Is your complaints are same , more than before or still present but less than before , Need to see MrI images and report , Physical examination also needed

Grade 1 signals in meniscus usually heal by conservative treatment and Physiotherapy. If the problem is not improving , there may be some other issue with your knee or the damage may have extended in these past 8 months.
