Bone & Muscle problems

I have severe pain on top of the butt crack while sitting . It is only painful at the very start of the crack. It hurts while walking and sitting . Most painful while sitting. Location of the pain can be seen in the picture as reference.

I have pain in waist and leg but this pain does not happen simultaneously if it happens in waist then it is not in leg and if it happens in leg then it does not happen in waist

Can the cast be removed after 4 wk? Will I be able to weight bear and walk normally right after cast removal? Attached is my x-ray 3 wks ago

Yesterday I went to trampoline park and neck go twisted. As per the Xray report , there is a mild c5 cy and c6 c7 intervertebral space reduction seen. Can you tell, what does this mean and how it can be cured?

I am having Right knee pain since last 6 month. Earlier it was minor but since last 15 days it's very painful and not able to walk properly. But when I sleep or sit, there is no pain at all. Sir, I felt from bike 5th aug. and had shoulder bone dis located and went for surgery on 9th Aug.. I also had chest ribs 3 fractured.. Mainly I have couple of severe pinching pains when I try to sleep straight.. Around my shoulder and some chest part.. Request can some one please suggest.. How to get rid of these pains..
