12 week back my wife operation done of ACL 3 grade and mcl 2 Grade
right now she can move and walk very well but knee band is 120 degree she is doing regular phyo exercise sir my question is when will she get full knee banding.

She should continue doing the exercises. 120 degree is good range at this time..
It may take around 6 to 8 more weeks to achieve full range of movements depending on the exercises..
