She is suffering from knee pain since 3 years. Tried all kind of ayurvedic, homeopathic and allopathic treatment. Can you give here women horlicks as a calcium supplement?

I have been going through acute pain in my left knee. My doctor has advised me t o get OA braces, which is very expensive nd uncomfortable to wear with pants and jeans. Kindly suggest something which is cheaper and comfortable to be worn under the dresses. Thanks

I have been feeling wierd from last 1 month, From last 1 year i feel i have less muscle on left side of body. But since 1 month, i am feeling my left side body is loose, as if my bones on left side and skin are not sticking to each other, I feel left knee cap is loose, left hand shoulder joint loose , strength wise it is fine.
