Bone & Muscle problems

It has been four year since dislocation of wrist of left hand,,nothing wrong with wrist, working normal, but as u can see the photo whenever I rotate my wrist or thump , if I put finger of other hand on that red circle , I feel that bone is cracking and producing sound, is bone is cracking or rubbing each other or it is or it sound of vein is pressing when rotating wrist???

My son got a fracture in both the bones of his Right forearm on August 31 while playing basketball in school. He is on a plaster currently. I need your valuable opinion on his xrays done on August 31 and last Wednesday i.e. 7th Septembe 2022. I am sharing both the images? Pls advice if the ongoing treatment of putting a simple plaster is correct or should we consider seing a surgeon? Please also suggest if there is any angulation which could be problematic later on. Feeling Imbalance while walking and Feeling Dizzy when I stand or walk for more time, Also feeling fatigue whole day and full body weakness in hands, legs & knees and Shoulders. I was diagnosed with vertigo few months ago but after taking the 1 month course still this issue has been not resolved which I have explained above. Can anyone help me what should I do as already visited ENT specialist and Neurologist for the same problem, is this a problem related to orthopaedic, can anyone please let me know.??

Sir I m posting my latest x after surgery 4 month passed I want to know that I kneed Resurgery it was orif plz suggest me fracture reeducation is good or bad I m unable to bend my knee above 20 degree plz suggest me that I should go for Resurgery and also about fracture fixtation

I am suffering from wrist pain. Same thing had happened in 2018 but by simple medicine and rest I got well.

Am facing pain in all my joints like hand joints, finger joints, knew joints. I need to know my problem is high uric acid can i stop eating chicken, paneer, milk, high protein m taken or not! Can I take water to flush uric acid crystal through toilet. Someday m more walking joints pain starting why I need to know ? What can I do. M taking tea it's ok or not? M not taking alcohol or caffeine product very rare amount like 1 percentage. One more thing whenever I go hilly station more walking pain must be come at that night why
