Bone & Muscle problems

Hi Doctor, My hand bones got broken and my doctor Treating me with POP. Its been 6 days. Compared to previous X-ray the latest x-ray has some improvements. Once the bone grows fully between cracks, will my finger movements be fine as it was before?? I am worried about finger movements. Please doctor.. help me with you answer.

My doc has put a nwb half cast (splint) on my fracture. How do I know if the bone is healing? Since sometime I feel splint is getting loose and sometimes tight due to swelling. How many weeks do I need to be in splint?

I belong to a part of society where going to gym is not considered good but what I have studied and researched online is different. Right now I am in a very confusing state and need answers for the following: #Can I go to gym? #Will going to gym affect my height? #What exercises should I do and don't in gym? #Does going to gym have health benefits?
