Intrameniscal signal change & Mucoid ACL
Left knee issues Feeling some uneasiness or slight stiffness and if I stand for long feels like irritating, no issues in stair climbing or bending or extending my left knee which has no history of any kind of trauma or anything. Did MRI and found these two points mainly, Mild Mucoid degeneration of ACL Intrameniscal signal change Grade 2 in Posterior horn of medial meniscus without tear. I had ACLR on my right knee some two years ago and that knee isn't having any issue of any kind. Why suddenly on healthy knee such thing? What can be the mode of treatment ? Do Physiotherapy work in such case? Also MRI disnt state anything regarding Osteoarthritis whereas Xray report said early stage of osteoarthritis. I'm confused what is going on with my both knees. Will I be ever able to walk or do activities without limiting myself like a normal person ever??!! Please help and suggest your valuable points. Please !!!
