I have been diagnosed with Mucoid Degeneration of ACL in my left knee Is there any need of surgery or the issue can be treated with physiotherapy ?

Why did you get the MRI scan? What are your symptoms Do you have any give way or instability with help  in planning  the treatment Mucoid degeneration could be due to previous injury
