Can neck traction given for spondylitis treatment lead to AAI and CCI of the neck ? Also can AAI and CCI be diagnosed just by a simple MRI Is surgery the only treatment ?

Neck traction is obselete for c spondylosis. Meet a spine surgeon before decisions

We do use traction in spondylitis treatment and I have not come across a case where traction can lead to any instability MRI can diagnose instability
