Sir I have right shoulder pain from 2 days due to bench press in gym, only pain no problem in arm raise straight etc my xray report is normal should I go for mri or not please suggest

I have a large ganglion cyst in my left wrist...and it's quite painful.what should I do to get rid of this

Hi doctor I'm 40yrs old male, weighing 80kgs  and a sportsmen who plays as keeper in company cricket team and usually play regular cricket. Since from 3 days I'm having pain in my right knee above the knee cap where also light swelling I could see. And I met the doctor in my company and he suggested for a xray and by the time the reports came the doctor went out of station. So couldn't contact him. I have Osgood schlatter disease in my right knee. This cause pain and inflammation in my right knee . I am suffering from this disease from last two years.

For last 1 month , i have been having knee pain both legs , i feel atrophy in my left leg for last 1 years, did spine brain mri but no issues.enmg ncv normal I don't know why I have knee pain in both legs mostly left. Whenever I play table tennis or sport i get pain. When straight no pain, but when bending knee i feel pain. Also i feel pain in my left lower back as if there no stability and pain and atrophy feel in left rib arm and left leg for last one month. Did blood tests before 6 months , all were normal except b12 and d for which I am taking inj.

Why their is extra muscle on feet??? , extra detail --well I was born fatty very fatty on face, body and legs then after 2-3 year old age I become skinny always. I think bcz of this extra muscle my foot on shoes take side ,not perfect fit on middle means u can say like pronation effect on shoes on side sole, is it normal?

A friend of mine met with an accident. He had a tear in his tissues/ Ligaments. Please have a look at the MRI scan report and suggest to me what can be done in this case. Is surgery a must or Is there any other alternative to surgery?
