Upper back pain
Sir I start gym from 10,15 days my weight is 60kg from 2,3 days when I bend right side I see upper back pain right side it's normal or muscle or disc problem ? Thanks in advance

If it pains on movements then mostly muscle spasm.

Have started lifting heavy weights??? Back pain could be due to muscle spasms or even a disc prolapse….
