Pain in back of knee for 3 months
I did squats(newbie) for about 10 days and since then, i have pain while folding my right leg,stretching till fully, sitting on the floor, kneeling down by putting weight on it. The pain is on outside of my right leg a little above as well as below knee. Its been 3 months. What can this be?

It can be ligament stretch

It can be an effusion due to meniscus injury. Show it to a orthopaedic surgeon for proper treatment. Apply ice packs and crepe bandage for now.
