As per the Xray of both knee AP/LAT report Osteophytes seen from tibio- femoral condyles and patellar margins joint spaces are reduced. No loose body seen. Impression: Osteoarthritis of both knee joints. Could you please tell me the meaning of the report What treatment required ? Do she required surgery?
