Knee problem
I m just 31 & at this age I feel little pain in my left knee my father also have knee problem & we had done knee replacement operation for his left knee already before 2 years he had also pain in right knee but he don't want to replace it due to financial problem of our home I feared for me also that in my this age I feel little pain in left knee I watch some video in you tube in which some exercise suggest. Exercise is right solution? Can you suggest any food to increase knee lubricants

• Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold). • Avoid Squatting- • Avoid sitting Cross legged • Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment in which knee is applied warm water followed by the immediate application of the knee with ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation.

Do not worry. Try: 1. Knee quadriceps (static and dynamic)  exercises. 2. Local ice pack application. 3. Medications like Tab Osiris, Evion will help for knee osteoarthritic pain. 4. Cartilox sachets have sodium hyaluronate, theoretically this can help build knee synovial fluid- (non veg) source.
