Sir shoulder pain from 2 weeks due to heavy lift bench press in gym no arm raise problem only upper bicep ray report is normal it's rotator cuff tear ? See mri sir I attach its need surgery or not ?

I developed knee pain a week ago... the pain now goes to the shin area while resting. At times my fingers pain too while resting. I saw a doctor yesterday and he suggested I get my uric acid levels low as the level is at 7.2 now. Also suggested to cut down on chicken and eggs and take my protein from veg sources. Should I be worried about uric acid levels and eating non veg? I am all deficient in Vitamin B12 while Vitamin D 3 is at 38 Thank you

At first when I had pain in my toe joint, I could not bear weight on it. I visited a doctor on 21 july. He said your legaments are crushed. But after 2 months it healed but I could see the swelling on the joint. Then 7 days before I visited another doctor he said, this is because of uric acid. My uric acid was 6.2. After taking allopurinol and colchicine medicine for 7 days, my uric acid is 4.5. Now there is no swelling on my foot but i can feel little pain while walking fast with full weight of mine. So today he said, go through with an mri. I did the MRI and attaching the report. Please help me as every doctor is saying different things. I also have x ray there is fractures in the joint. My age: 27 Weight 70 kg Height: 5.7 I am playing badminton since 1.5 years regularly but didn't play in the 2 months of injury.

I have pain in both knees but left knee is significantly more with weakness ... doctor advised rest and supplements ... should I go for physiotherapy (with ultrasound and tens therapy). MRI left knee also says mild effusion... does it need any additional intervention ?
