Pain in spine for 6 years
I have been experiencing pain in my spine in specific areas like in 2 to 3 Areas in the lower back and 2 to 3 Areas below the neck.. it pains a lot and if pressed even the pain gets worse .. had conducted orthopaedic back in 2016 who recommended MRI and given some injection and said there is a loss of the cushioning fluid between discs. Till now i have not recovered with the pain.. kindly suggest me with the best advice . Is there anything much serious? I am 30 years old

I will like to see xray and mri images before any comment . At this age I feel you may have postural pain because of faulty posture while working

Better get a MRI scan done since u had a prolonged history, seriousness depends upon the work n stress u give to ur spine.
Next Steps
treatment depends upon the MRI finding s and physical examination findings. So consult a orthopaedician with MRI scan
