Want to know duration for Calonest table
Hi,
I have been diagnosed with mild insufficiency of vitamin D. I have been taking uprise D3 for the same. Doing a course of 8 weeks for it. I have also been prescribed calonest tablets. But the doctor missed writing the duration for the same. Should I continue for 8 weeks along with the uprise d3 tablet? I am not able to reach the doctor any more. So seeking help

Yes 1 month is enough .
At young age calcium supplements are less needed , Vit D supplements you can take for 3 months .

Uprise D3 once a week for 8 weeks
Calonest Tab once a day for 1 month will be enough. Mild deficiency of vitd3 is a common finding. Nothing to worry much.
